Why we exist
Canadian trade is concentrated in a few hands. Most of the big brokers were built decades ago on volume discounts and relationships with carriers, not on customer service. If you are a mid-market importer, you end up talking to a different rep for every shipment and paying for a support desk that treats you like a ticket.
We think there is a better way. Senior trade professionals who have lived inside those big brokers, running our own house — with modern tooling, clear accountability and pricing that reflects real work, not volume kickbacks.
We picked Canada because it is big enough to matter and small enough for one team to cover coast to coast. We picked brokerage plus forwarding because separating them is how importers lose money.
